Order Cancellation Policy

At Spacelines, every garment is made especially for you. Production begins soon after your order is confirmed. For this reason, cancellations are only possible within a limited window.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• How to cancel: Email customercare@thespacelines.com with your order number and cancellation request.
• Refund timeline: Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• After 24 Hours: Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Eligible orders may instead be covered under our One-Time Exchange Policy.

As every Spacelines piece is made to order, please review your size, style, delivery address and contact details carefully before placing your order.

Please Note: International orders are not eligible for cancellation.
