Alterations

Any kind of size specifications are welcomed during order placement, however, we will not be able to provide any kind of alterations after the product is made and shipped. 

7 Day Exchange Policy 

We only accept size changes for the same product. If you would like a different size of the same product please contact our customer service team to make the request on customercare@thespacelines.com.

Our exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on this website within 7 days of receipt of the item. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Before exchanging the product(s), Please ensure:

  • All labels and tags are still attached
  • Product(s) is/are preserved in original condition.
  • Has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Has no perfume or makeup stains
  • Packed in the original box.

Once we pick up and receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and when the product passes the quality check we will return the amount paid to the original payment method. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Other Conditions :

  • Please check the items and other related details carefully—our courier partner will only pick-up the items mentioned at the time of submitting the exchange request by you. 
  • Once items have been picked up and received at our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check. Items that pass will be exchanged for the new size requested. 
  • Items that do not pass the QC will be shipped back to you, as is. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service team. Order cancellation will only be possible until your order has been dispatched. This includes items purchased on sale also. The amount paid will be credited into the original payment method using which the payment was made.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
