Refund policy
At Spacelines, every garment is made especially for you. If the size or style doesn’t feel quite right, we offer a one-time size or style exchange on eligible orders.
Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 15 days of delivery.

One-Time Exchange: Each eligible order can be exchanged once, either for a different size or a different style.
- Size Exchange: Exchange the same product for another size, subject to availability.
- Style Exchange: Exchange your item for another style of equal or higher value. If you choose a higher-priced product, the difference will need to be paid.
- Item condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items: Sale and discounted products are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Log in to your Spacelines account.
- Go to Order History and select Exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- Our team will arrange a pickup for your item.
- Once your garment is received and passes our quality check, your replacement will be made and dispatched.
Exchange Delivery Timeline:
All exchanged garments are also made to order. Please allow approximately:
India: 15 - 20 business days
International: 20 - 25 business days
Returns & Refunds
As a make-to-order clothing brand, we create every Spacelines piece specifically against an order.
For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
If the fit or style isn’t right, you can use our one-time style or size exchange option within 15 days of delivery.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.
