Exchange & Return Policy
At Spacelines, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason the fit or style isn’t quite right, we offer a one-time exchange on every order. As a made-to-order brand, we create garments exclusively for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns.
Terms & Conditions for Exchange
- Eligibility: Exchange must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- One-Time Exchange: Each order is eligible for one size exchange OR one style exchange only.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Size Exchange: You can request the same product in a different size (subject to availability).
- Style Exchange: You may exchange your product for another style of equal or higher value. For higher-priced items, the price difference will need to be paid.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Sale or discounted pieces are not eligible for exchange.
Process:
- Login to your Spacelines account, press the exchange button under order history within 15 days of delivery.
- Our team will arrange for a pick-up.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be dispatched.
Terms & Conditions for Return
- As these items are crafted especially for you, they are not eligible for returns.
- If your order doesn’t fit right, we encourage you to explore our One-Time Exchange Policy (size or style exchange within 15 days of delivery).

- We do not offer returns or refunds, only one-time exchanges.
- All exchanges are also made-to-order, so the delivery timeline will be the same as placing a new order (10–15 business days within India and 15-20 business days for international delivery).
